Primarily I am a Mum and a Wife. But recently I have been on a journey of self-discovery which has led me to counselling and the mysterious but fascinating world of psychology.
My decision to become a counsellor has grown from years of working closely with children, young people, and families in both educational and support settings. Those experiences, alongside being a mother, have shaped my belief that counselling is not simply about techniques or interventions, but it’s about creating a space where people can explore their stories in a safe space where they are offered autonomy and dignity.
As a trainee counsellor, I have been told that I have a grounded, thoughtful presence. I have a love of learning and a genuine respect for the people who seek support. I use my experiences and knowledge of traumas, adoption and neurodiversity to enable me to give something meaningful back. I would love the opportunity to grow as a counsellor within a setting that values integrity, accessibility, and relational depth
